As the industry is always changing, how you do business changes too. Forms are an integral part of this change. Do you see something that may need revising in one of the forms? Is there a form not currently available that would make transactions easier for all parties involved?  You can submit these items to the Standard Forms Committee for consideration. Please be aware that any form requests will likely take several months for the committee to review, revise, or create, followed by approval from the Board of Directors and Legal Counsel.

Instanet

An online service provided by the SCK MLS for accessing and utilizing forms. Enjoy emailing documents that are fillable so all the information is neatly typed. Plus, you can set them up by transactions, so they will auto-populate with your buyer’s and seller’s information. Training videos are available in Instanet to assist you in getting more familiar with how it all works.

An Instanet subscription is $225 per year, billed in April of each year. Subscriptions for the 1st quarter of the year will be prorated.
