RSCK Councils
Butler County, Cowley County, Harvey County, and Saline County
In June of 2015, the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® (WAAR) joined efforts with four other REALTOR® Boards (Butler County. Harvey County, and Winfield) to form the REALTORS® of South Central Kansas (RSCK). This collective regional effort resulted in creating a new Association representing all of south-central Kansas.
In July of 2024, RSCK expanded further following a merge with Great Plains Association of REALTORS® (GPAR). The merge resulted in the addition of 13 counties and the Saline County Council to RSCK. Each Council within RSCK and has its own Board of Director representation.
