MLS Committee

Serving on the MLS Committee is a great way to enhance your professional growth and provide a generous service to your peers. This Committee considers proposed changes to the MLS system, rules, and regulations, has strategic discussions regarding the MLS system function, and discusses MLS compliance. The Committee then forwards their recommendations to the South Central Kansas MLS Board of Directors for approval.

• Current Meeting Schedule: 1st Monday of each month at 12:30 pm.
• This Committee is a two-year term
• You must be an MLS Participant or Subscriber to serve

CIE Committee

Share your commercial real estate knowledge, connect with other industry experts, and help grow commercial real estate in our region. The CIE (Commercial Information Exchange) Committee considers proposed changes to the CIE (KSCommercialRE.com), recommends policy and procedural changes, reviews system performance, has strategic discussions regarding the CIE system and discusses CIE compliance.

• Current Meeting Schedule: Meets quarterly
• This Committee is a two-year term
