Phil Graves

Phil Graves has been in real estate just over three years. In his short time in the industry, Phil has become a top agent within Keller Williams Signature Partners, LLC and serves on the Associate Leadership Council at the firm. His role on the ALC is to look over brokerage financials and to help other agents in the office grow their businesses. Phil also teaches classes in the brokerage and is currently in the process of becoming a top instructor with Keller Williams Realty International.

Prior to real estate, Phil held a variety of senior management roles in the oil and gas industry. He was the Sales Director for a large oil and gas publication and was tasked with the development and implementation of a new digital platform to bring additional profit streams to the company. He also ran Permian Basin operations for an oil and gas firm in Texas, streamlined their logistics and analyzed opportunities for expansion in Texas and Oklahoma.

“Real Estate has always been a passion of mine so I decided to follow my heart and switch careers in 2015. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I receive great satisfaction in helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate. The opportunities in this industry are endless and I look forward to growing my own business along with coaching others to achieve success and build businesses worth having and lives worth living with a career in real estate.”

Phil has a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Wichita State University and has lived in Wichita for the majority of the last 25 years.
