The instructor faculty consists of trained educators in thier areas of the real estate industry.  Our faculty brings not only strong academic backgrounds to their classroom presentations, but also practical knowledge and skill applications.

Lynn Channer . . .

has been a leader in real estate education in Wichita for many years. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to helping REALTORS® achieve career success are exceptional.
 

Lance Ferguson . . .

is a real estate veteran of more than 12 years, with a passion and dedication for the real estate industry.  Having served on numerous committees, the SCK MLS Board of Directors and the RSCK Board of Directors allows him to have his fingers on the pulse of real estate issues and trends.    
 

Angie George . . .

is ideally equipped to handle the challenge of training resale agents on how to work with both their buyers and the new home agents, then how to train onsite agents to be effective in careers. 

 

Michael Gonzales . . .

has been in the industry for more than 15 years and has been recognized nationally by Mortgage Professionals of America for shaping the future of the industry. He has an engaging and humorous style to teaching.  He also has achieved an Advanced Communicator Bronze status with Toastmasters.

 

Cheryl Huebert . . .

specializes in representing Buyer’s and has done so for nearly 20 years.  She is on the Board of Directors for RSCK and has been on numerous educational committees over the years.  Cheryl has received her ABR, GRI and e-Pro and continues to be a strong advocate for education in our industry.
 

C. Linda Mason . . .

has extensive knowledge in the resale and new home aspects of real estate.  Her thirst for knowledge includes her holding the ABR, CGP, CMP, CSP, CSPI, e-Pro, GRI, SRES, and WRRI designations/certifications.  Linda believes in educating and improving not just oneself, but helping others do the same as they strive to reach their goals.

 

Braden McCurdy . . .

has been an active part of McCurdy Auctions since 1990, Braden brings a wealth of knowledge to his auction courses. As most people in Kansas know, the real estate auction is a different animal than it is in most states. Braden’s exceptionally qualified to explain both the advantages and the process.
 

Sandy McRae . . .

has been committed to adult education for many years. She has been an instructor for Friends University for 12 years and University of Phoenix. Sandy isn’t just dedicated to teaching; she’s a dedicated to her own learning as is evidenced by her GRI, CRS and CSP designations.
 

 Brenda Noffert . . .

is an Associate Broker with 14 years experience as a full time real estate professional. She has several designations, including GRI, CCREC and ITTI. She has traveled to several states teaching other agents how to be more productive in their business and has written several programs for real estate instruction.
 

Chris Noffert . . .

originally from Michigan, Chris is an instructor who brings his "client first" philosophy, great listening skills, deep local knowledge, marketing savvy and business professionalism to the classroom.

 

Amanda Rempe . . .

brings a new, fresh perspective to adult education. Her upbeat attitude and bright delivery style, combined with her extensive experience, keep her in the forefront of education at RSCK. Amanda enjoys a successful real estate career and is willing to share her skills with her students in a format they can put to use right away!
