REALTOR^® Forms

After you have received your license, you will need to fill out the following forms:

• REALTOR^®/Designated REALTOR^® Membership Application
• Keybox Use Agreement  (Requires agent's and Broker's signature)

New Member Requirements (4):

Consists of 2 in-person courses and 2 online courses:

• New Member Orientation (includes SCK MLS Rules & Regulations) 

  • Class is held at our office from 8:30am – 12:15pm

• “ELITE 1” Laws Class

  •  

    Class is held at our office from 9:00am – 4:00pm 

• NAR’s free online New Member Code of Ethics course 

• NAR’s free online Fair Housing “FairHaven 2.0” course

To access online courses, you will register using your NAR “NRDS” ID.

The NAR support # is: 800-874-6500 if you have any trouble accessing online courses.

*Failure to complete the above requirements within the specified timeframe(s) will result in suspension and reinstatement fees. Orientation, COE, and FH must be completed within 60 days and ELITE must be completed within 180 days of joining. *NO-SHOW FEE: please review our Education Policies.

  South Central Kansas MLS Forms

If you are also joining the South Central Kansas MLS OR if the company you are joining is a member of the SCK MLS, you will also need to fill out one of the following:

• SCK MLS Participant Agreement (Broker of the company)

OR

• SCK MLS Subscriber Agreement (Agent in the company)
