RSCK School of Real Estate's faculty consists of trained educators in their areas of the real estate industry.  They bring not only strong academic backgrounds to their classroom presentations but also practical knowledge and skill applications. They attend an annual Instructor Development Workshop, as well as other training sessions throughout the year, to hone their skills and provide the best educational experience possible to students.

Adam Crowder

has knowledge and experience from other aspects of his life including construction, remodeling, flipping houses and working in the commercial/residential arenas. His passion for the industry shows with his helping other agents achieve success and making a difference by serving on the Board of Directors for the South Central Kansas MLS.

Samar Edenfield

is a positive and upbeat person with a passion for helping others, making real estate an easy choice when deciding on a career almost 15 years ago. Samar enjoys serving on committees, currently the Board of Directors, and giving back to other by sharing her vast knowledge to help other achieve success in their real estate career.

Lance Ferguson

is a real estate veteran of more than 12 years, with a passion and dedication for the real estate industry. Having served on numerous committees, the SCK MLS Board of Directors, and the RSCK Board of Directors allows him to have his fingers on the pulse of real estate issues and trends.

Angie George

is ideally equipped to handle the challenge of training resale agents on how to work with both their buyers and the new home agents, then how to train onsite agents to be effective in careers.

Michael Gonzales

has been in the industry for more than 15 years and has been recognized nationally by Mortgage Professionals of America for shaping the future of the industry. He has an engaging and humorous style of teaching. He also has achieved an Advanced Communicator Bronze status with Toastmasters.

Cheryl Huebert

has been in the industry for nearly 30 years and is passionate about representing buyers and agency representation. Cheryl is a strong advocate for education in our industry, a life long learner, and has received her ABR, GRI and e-Pro.

C Linda Mason

has extensive knowledge in the resale and new home aspects of real estate. Her thirst for knowledge includes her holding the ABR, CGP, CMP, CSP, CSPI, e-Pro, GRI, SRES, and WRRI designations/certifications. Linda believes in educating and improving not just oneself but helping others do the same as they strive to reach their goals.

Braden McCurdy

has been an active part of McCurdy Auctions since 1990, Braden brings a wealth of knowledge to his auction courses. As most people in Kansas know, the real estate auction is a different animal than it is in most states. Braden’s exceptionally qualified to explain both the advantages and the process.

Stephanie McCurdy

has been in real estate for over 20 years with experience in the resale and new home market, plus knowledge of auction. Training within her firm and now educating fellow agents is her passion. Social media and advertising are her areas of focus, but so is helping those getting into the industry.

Sandy McRae

has been committed to adult education for many years. She has been an instructor for Friends University for 12 years and University of Phoenix. Sandy isn’t just dedicated to teaching, she’s dedicated to her own learning as is evidenced by her GRI, CRS, SRES and CSP designations.

Brenda Noffert

has an Associate Broker with more than 15 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional. She has several designations, including GRI, CCREC, and ITTI. She has traveled to several states teaching other agents how to be more productive in their business and has written several programs for real estate instruction.

Chris Noffert

is originally from Michigan, Chris is an instructor who brings his "client first" philosophy, great listening skills, deep local knowledge, marketing savvy, and business professionalism to the classroom.

Amanda Rempe

Amanda brings a new, fresh perspective to adult education. Her upbeat attitude and bright delivery style, combined with her extensive experience, keep her at the forefront of education at RSCK. Amanda enjoys a successful real estate career and is willing to share her skills with her students in a format they can put to use right away!
