Education is key to you being more competent, confident and profitable!

RSCK School of Real Estate's faculty consists of trained educators in their areas of the real estate industry.  They bring not only strong academic backgrounds to their classroom presentations, but also practical knowledge and skill applications. They attend an annual mandatory Instructor Development Workshop to hone their skills and provide the best educational experience possible to students.

Robert Beard . . .

is a Wichita native, with a passion for the Real Estate industry. Being a second generation REALTOR®, he brings a fresh look at the industry, with knowledge and experience from the past. Crossed with energetic and humorous teaching styles, you're sure enjoy yourself while expanding your horizons!

Joel Dolloff . . .

was a career educator before working 12 years in ministry and then beginning a real estate career in 2013.  He holds a general contractor license and has extensive experience with flips, investment properties, and traditional sales.  Joel has a love for real estate and a passion for education.

Lance Ferguson . . .

is a real estate veteran of more than 12 years, with a passion and dedication for the real estate industry.  Having served on numerous committees, the SCK MLS Board of Directors and the RSCK Board of Directors allows him to have his fingers on the pulse of real estate issues and trends.

Angie George . . .

Cheryl Huebert . . .

specializes in representing Buyer’s and has done so for nearly 20 years.  She is on the Board of Directors for RSCK and has been on numerous educational committees over the years.  Cheryl has received her ABR, GRI and e-Pro and continues to be a strong advocate for education in our industry.

C. Linda Mason . . .

has extensive knowledge in the resale and new home aspects of real estate.  Her thirst for knowledge includes her holding the ABR, CGP, CMP, CSP, CSPI, e-Pro, GRI, SRES, and WRRI designations/certifications.  Linda believes in educating and improving not just oneself, but helping others do the same as they strive to reach their goals.

Braden McCurdy . . .

has been an active part of McCurdy Auctions since 1990, Braden brings a wealth of knowledge to his auction courses. As most people in Kansas know, the real estate auction is a different animal than it is in most states. Braden’s exceptionally qualified to explain both the advantages and the process.

Brenda Noffert . . .
