Welcome to a leadership program that fits the needs of many… Are you currently a supervising broker looking to grow your company, or are you someone aspiring to manage a new real estate brokerage? Perhaps you are a team leader wanting to enhance your skills, or you are contemplating the idea of building a thriving team. Through the four comprehensive sessions in this series, all this and more is explored.  It’s about real management tools for the real world. 

 

Series Breakdown:

Class 1 – Laying the Foundation for Successful Real Estate Brokerages and Teams (3 CE hours)

This introductory class provides an overview of the key elements in managing a successful real estate brokerage or team from the initial set up considerations to building a positive workplace culture with the ultimate goal of long-term success.

 

Class 2 - Building a High Performance Brokerage or Team (3 CE hours)

The second course in the series will dig deeper into the foundational concepts explored in the first session beginning with creating a compelling value proposition while also exploring recruitment and retention, mentorship programs, and so much more.

 

Class 3 - Creating a Comprehensive Policy & Procedure Manual (3 CE hours)

This class provides a guide to developing a well-defined policy and procedure manual for your brokerage or team. This manual is crucial for ensuring consistent operations, minimizing risk, and maintaining a professional work environment.

 

Class 3 - Managing the Stages of an Agent’s Path in Real Estate (3 CE hours)

This final offering covers the broker or team leader’s responsibilities in supporting the agent’s journey from onboarding procedures, including an understanding of the independent contractor status, to the offboarding process and everything in between.

Tuition: RSCK members - $29 | Non-members - $49

E-Cards and New Member E-Cards do not apply to the Advanced Leadership through Education series, as each course offers 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit and the completion of the four courses earns the ALE Certification granted exclusively by RSCK.

There is no application fee, annual dues or additional education requirements once the certification is granted.

All four sessions must be completed within one year to be granted the certification.
