With designation and certification training, you can:

Designations require annual dues (the first year is free) and continued membership in NAR. They offer extensive benefits that are continually improved upon and expanded. Designations have specific core course and elective course requirements, both of which may serve as approved education credits toward other NAR credentials.

Certifications are achieved through “one and done” coursework, and require a one-time application fee, but do not require ongoing education or dues maintenance.

Even if you are not interested in gaining a designation/certification, or aren’t a REALTOR^®, the information these courses provide can be very beneficial for the success of your real estate business.

RSCK holds two or more of these courses annually in a live classroom format with CE credit, but you can take many of these courses online.
