2018-2020 RSCK Board of Directors Candidates

RSCK would like to present the 2018-2020 Board of Director Candidates. There are four candidates for two openings this election cycle, and those candidates are listed below. Polls will open on September 1, 2017, at 8 a.m. and there will be an email sent to all eligible voting Members at that time. Polls will close on September 20, 2017, at 9 a.m. and results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on September 21, 2017, at 9 a.m

The RSCK Board has restructured the election process this year. After candidates completed the required application, the Nominating Committee verified their qualifications as established by the Board. In previous years an interview process was completed by the Nominating Committee to determine the slate of candidates. This year, the process has changed to a Candidate Forum open to the general membership. The Candidate Forum will be held on August 23, 2017, at 9 am. This forum will give everyone the opportunity to meet the candidates. There will also be a brief question and answer session during the forum. This is not an interview process, but an informal opportunity for the members to get to know the candidates.

Adrian Mauk

Adrian started out in this industry managing several hundred rental properties and obtained his real estate license in order to help investors find their next opportunity. After helping a few friends and family members along the way with their personal homes, he realized how much he enjoyed that aspect of the industry as well.
Adrian has always followed the philosophy of “Work hard, Play hard.” When there is business to attend to, he’ll be the first to dedicate himself to the task at hand and will not stop until the end result has been met. When the work is done, he and his family like to spend their free time camping, dirt biking, and enjoying the outdoors. He’s also been spotted on the golf course a time or two...
