This new 2-day Course is an interactive experience to help you, as negotiators, elevate their game! The course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client.

The second day of the course focuses on real-world field scenarios to help negotiators apply the power tools, techniques and tactics learned on the first day. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing, but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice. These field scenarios provide the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their clients.

RENE is the FIRST and ONLY negotiating certification recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.

This new credential is a certification — which means no membership or recurring dues. The Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) — an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® — confers the certification upon completion of the course requirements and remittance of a one-time $159 credentialing fee.

The SRES® Council was created to help ensure that maturing baby boomers are protected and represented fairly throughout all real estate transactions.  The Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES®) gives REALTORS® the specialized knowledge that focuses on the needs of baby boomers over 50.

This designation can be uses as an elective course for earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and counts as 16 Elective credits towards the Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. 

Here is some of what you will learn: 

  • Learn distinguishing characteristics and trends of the 50+ market so that you can discern them in your own market area.
  • Master the vocabulary of the range of housing options for the 50+ market.
